Trio Amal
The Amal Trio was born in Rome in 2022 at Avos Project, International School of Music, where it perfected with Avos Quartet masters and guest teachers. It took part in Avos Project’s “Take Five!” event held last April at the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music in Rome performing Juliusz ZarÄ™bski’s Quintet Op. 34 in G minor alongside David Romano and Emanuele Ruggero and debuted as a trio in the MAX70 season in Villa di Donato, Naples. The Amal Trio is composed of Maddalena Fogacci Celi, Alice Romano and Adriano Leonardo Scapicchi, graduates of the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and students, at Avos Project, of Maestros David and Diego Romano, Alessio Pianelli and Massimo Spada, respectively, and have participated in master classes and masterclasses with Oleksandr Semchuk, Giovanni Gnocchi, Benedetto Lupo and Beatrice Rana. Individually, they have the opportunity to perform in chamber ensembles for important foundations and festivals including Istituzione Universitaria Concerti (IUC), Villa Pennisi in Musica (CT) and Musica con le Ali. They have, finally, combined their musical activities with their university activities in the humanities at “La Sapienza” University of Rome and the International Academy of Imola, earning their respective academic degrees with highest honors.[/toggle]
