Francesco Gemo

Born in Perugia in 1996, Francesco began playing the violin at the age of seven at the Music School of Trasimeno with M. Elisabeth Graham. In 2018, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Violin with top marks under the guidance of M. Rodolfo Bonucci at the “G. Briccialdi” Music Institute in Terni. Then, in 2022 he obtained his master’s degree in Violin with top marks under the guidance of M. Giulio Rovighi. He has attended masterclasses in chamber music with Cremona Quartet at “Xenia Chamber Music Course” in Prà Catinat and Professors Christa Bützberger and Julius Drake. For several years he has been a full member of the Orchestra da Camera del Trasimeno, while also collaborating with the “Music Space” Association in Orvieto and Experimental Opera Theatre of Spoleto. Francesco is currently perfecting his Violin studies with M. Giulio Rovighi and M. David Romano, as well as his Chamber Music studies with Avos Quartet at the International School of Music Avos Project in Rome.
